Scenario: The system autonomously manages the entire passenger communication lifecycle without dispatcher intervention. T-24h before departure, it sends a pre-trip reminder with boarding details. During the trip, it sends real-time updates if delays occur. T+24h after return, it sends a thank-you message with a review link. T+90d, it sends a re-engagement offer for similar tours based on booking history.
