Journey 13: Zero-Downtime Legacy Migration

Scenario: A Legacy Operator currently running Kuschick decides to switch to Busflow. The operator exports their database dump. Busflow's AI Migration engine automatically maps and cleans the legacy data structures — tours, passengers, vehicles, crew — into the Busflow domain model. The operator sees their familiar tours, bookings, and customer data in the new system on day one, with zero operational downtime.
