Journey 10: Email-as-API Ingestion

Scenario: An operator forwards a supplier's PDF itinerary to upload@<operator>.busflow.app. The system auto-parses the email attachment, extracts structured tour data, and creates a draft TourTemplate in the dispatcher's review queue — without the operator ever opening the Busflow UI.
